This website provides a repository for genealogical information for the Neyman family, along with links to other Neyman family websites. You may view information for Neyman ancestors by clicking on the “Index of Names” link to the left. If you need to contact a Neyman researcher for a particular Neyman line, you will find a list of them by clicking on "Neyman Researchers." The “Documents” link will take you to a page containing various articles and documents about Neymans. To leave a message on the Neyman Forum at Genealogy.Com, click on that link (opens a new window).
Please keep in mind this is a work in progress, and I’ve only just begun. If you have suggestions for format/content, don’t hesitate to contact me.
This website began in January 2002, with the intent to provide genealogy information on the Neyman family in America. While this site will mainly concentrate on Jacob Neyman (born 1780) and his descendents, I’ll gladly post info on other Neymans as well.
Anyone interested in Neyman genealogy is welcome to submit his or her information for posting on the site. Just email me with the information.
This web site is maintained by Greg Neyman, with support from Phil Neyman for Genealogical Research and family history of the Neyman surname.
Phil Neyman is the most knowledgeable researcher on the Neyman family that is descended from Jacob Neyman (born 1780). He has been doing genealogical research for many years.
Greg Neyman provides the technical expertise to maintain the website. He became interested in genealogical research as a result of his mother’s research (Joyce Liles Neyman). Joyce did most of the groundwork for Neyman genealogy during the 1960s and 1970s. Most of Greg's years of interest in genealogy has been spent on his mother’s ancestors (Liles).
Here are some links to other Neyman websites. These may/may not be related to genealogy. Let me know if you have a website you want listed, and I’ll add a link to your page.
